How much does it cost to hire someone through you?

For direct hires, our pricing is simple:

  • A $300 no-risk refundable registration fee to start the candidate search (if we do no find your perfect match -your registration fee is 100% refundable)

  • A 10% placement fee based on the employee’s first-year salary — due only if you hire

No monthly fees. No subscriptions. No surprises.

🔐 Why This Matters We don’t charge that 10% until you feel confident enough to make the hire.

That means: No upfront salary-based commitments, You only pay when the job is successfully filled! You have peace of mind knowing your investment is tied to real results

What if the person you send doesn’t work out?

We offer a replacement guarantee within a set time frame (usually 30–60 days, depending on role) if the match isn’t working out.

How long does the hiring process usually take?

It depends on your needs, but most clients receive qualified, pre-vetted candidates within 7–14 business days.
